Horizora Nexus Limited – Terms & Conditions (服務條款)

1. Service Scope | 服務範疇

• EN: We provide bespoke business expeditions, industry study tours, and personalized travel consulting (including premium hotel/ryokan bookings, private transportation, and medical aesthetic coordination) in Thailand, Japan, and other Asian regions. Horizora acts as a professional intermediary and travel consultant.

• TC: 我們提供定製商務考察、產業研學以及私人旅行定製服務（包括頂級酒店/溫泉旅館代訂、私人交通安排、及醫美項目對接）。服務區域涵蓋泰國、日本及其他亞洲地區。Horizora 作為專業的中介與旅行顧問提供諮詢服務。

2. Payment & Booking Policy | 支付與預訂政策

• EN: * Initial Deposit: A non-refundable service deposit of HK$ 2,000 is required to initiate the detailed itinerary planning.

  • Confirmation Payment: 30% of the total tour fee is due upon confirmation of the final itinerary to secure resource bookings (hotels, vehicles, etc.).

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled at least 3 days before the departure date.

• TC: * 初步定金： 需支付 HK$ 2,000 的服務定金以開啟詳細行程規劃（此項不可退還）。

  • 首期款項： 行程確認後需支付總費用的 30%，以便我們為您鎖定酒店、用車等資源。

  • 餘款結清： 剩餘款項請於行程出發前 3 天付清。

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy | 取消與退款政策

• EN: * Standard travel services are subject to the specific cancellation terms of the hotel/transportation providers.

  • High-Value Bookings: For Michelin-starred restaurants, medical aesthetic institutions, or private tutors, payments may be non-refundable or subject to high cancellation fees as per the providers' strict policies.

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method after deducting non-recoverable costs and service fees.

• TC: * 常規旅行服務遵循酒店及交通供應商的取消政策。

  • 高價值項目： 針對米其林餐廳、頂級醫美機構或私人導師等預約，若因客戶個人原因取消，將根據供應商政策扣除全額預付款或高額違約金。

  • 退款（如有）將在扣除不可回收成本及服務費後，按原支付路徑退回。

4. Medical & Third-Party Disclaimer | 醫美與第三方免責聲明

• EN: Regarding medical aesthetic or art activities, the Company acts strictly as a booking and translation intermediary. The Company does not perform medical procedures and shall not be held liable for any medical outcomes, risks, or disputes arising from treatments provided by third-party institutions.

• TC: 針對醫美或特殊藝文項目，本公司僅擔任預約與翻譯對接之中介角色。本公司不從事任何醫療行為，對於第三方機構提供的療效、風險或糾紛不承擔任何法律責任。

5. Force Majeure | 不可抗力

• EN: We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, visa denials, or flight cancellations). We will assist in rescheduling or refunding based on recoverable costs.

• TC: 若因天災、疫情、政府禁令、簽證被拒或航班取消等不可抗力因素導致行程無法履行，本公司不承擔違約責任，但將盡力協助協調退改。

6. Governing Law | 管轄法律

• EN: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

• TC: 本服務條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
